Return and Refund Policy for Olmeck Solutions
Effective Date: January 5, 2025


1. General Returns:
  • Eligibility: Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.
  • Exclusions: Items that are custom-made, used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@olmeck.com or call 1-855-5Olmeck. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.


2. Defective or Damaged Products:
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or offer a refund at our discretion, based on the nature of the defect or damage.
  • Proof of purchase and photos of the defect/damage will be required.


3. Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned product, provided all return conditions are met.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Warranty Returns:
  • For warranty claims, please refer to our 25-Year Warranty Program (link-to-warranty). Warranty returns must be processed through an Olmeck Certified Contractor, and the warranty conditions outlined on the warranty document must be adhered to.
